　　Conditions for scrapping old cars in 2025:

　　1. The qualified fuel passenger cars with national emission standards will be included in the scope of used cars that can apply for scrapping and renewal subsidies. The registration time of gasoline passenger cars will be extended to June 30, 2012, diesel and other fuel passenger cars to June 30, 2014, and new energy passenger cars to December 31, 2018.

　　2. Consumers apply for car scrapping renewal subsidies, and the corresponding scrapped motor vehicles must be registered in my name before January 8, 2025.

　　In 2025, the car will be scrapped and updated. Conditions for buying a new car:

　　1. The new energy passenger car purchased by applying for scrap renewal subsidy is a new energy passenger car listed in the Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models with Vehicle Purchase Tax Exemption by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the displacement of fuel passenger car should be 2.0 liters or less.

　　2. During the subsidy application review, the newly purchased passenger car shall be registered in the name of the applicant.
