　　Regarding the possibility that the United States and the West may further "loosen" the restrictions on the use of weapons in Ukraine, the Russian President said earlier that the essence of the problem is not the possibility of Ukraine using western long-range weapons, but whether NATO countries "directly participate" in this conflict.
