The UN Security Council will discuss the issue of arms supply to Ukraine.
At the request of Russia, the UN Security Council will hold a meeting on October 31 local time to discuss the issue of Western arms shipments to Ukraine and its impact on the peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.

Regarding the possibility that the United States and the West may further "loosen" the restrictions on the use of weapons in Ukraine, the Russian President said earlier that the essence of the problem is not the possibility of Ukraine using western long-range weapons, but whether NATO countries "directly participate" in this conflict. If NATO countries participate directly, it will mean that they are at war with Russia. Russia will make relevant decisions according to the threats it faces.
